As-Built Survey
Verification of what was actually constructed, for agency close-out, certification and record documentation.
As-built surveys document constructed improvements and compare them against the approved design. They are commonly required for agency sign-off, pad certifications, utility record drawings and building department close-out.
Where the record needs to capture more than a handful of measured points, TDR uses scanning so the as-built reflects the full constructed condition.
